President / Co- President Makes sure PTSA is in good standing, committees have heads, report critical and non-critical information to the general membership from Local, Council, State and National PTSA news and events. Is present and available to general membership. Runs and is present at each PTSA meeting.
Vice President / Co-Vice President Supports President / Co-Presidents wherever needed. Acts as president in situations where President / Co Presidents cannot. Is present at each PTSA meeting.
Treasurer Handles and keeps track of money coming into and out of PTSA account. Writes checks (with a co-signer) to necessary individuals and companies/organizations for PTSA related business. Is present at each PTSA meeting.
Secretary / Co-Secretary Takes notes at each PTSA meeting. Is present at each PTSA meeting.
Legislative Chair Attends Legislative Assembly. Reports back to PTSA Board. Is present at each PTSA meeting.
